We welcome existing clients wanting more flexibility of times with an alternative to regular reformer work. We warmly accept clients new to Pilates to experience top quality instruction in a safe small group environment.
Pilates Mat + props work is a challenging fitness workout for those who wish to flatten, tone, and strengthen abs; create longer leaner muscles; improve posture; balance strength with flexibility; improve concentration and enhance athletic performance.
Mix and match your times with your schedule!
- Max 8 per class.
- Equipment needed: Nothing! Just be ready to have fun and work out!
- Level: Beginner – Intermediate
- 60 minutes class
Class Package:
1 class per week $18 ($126 + tax)
2 classes per week $14 ($196 + tax)
3 classes per week $12 ($252 + tax)
Term: September 12 – October 29 (7 weeks)
Times: Monday 7.30am; Tuesday 12.30 / 4.30 ( 4.30 class fully intermediate ) Wednesday 5.30pm; Thursday12.30pm; Friday9.30am; Saturday 9.30am.

We accept VISA, M/C, Amex, cheques, and cash.
Please note there is no refund for missed classes.
MatFit classes are NOT suitable for those recently injured!

Hi there, Siobhan
I am interested in taking a beginner pilates course one session per week. I see the times that you have noted for the mix and match sessions. Costing is clear, but I do not know the length of the class.
Can you let me know about that? My husband may also be interested in these sessions.
