New Programs at Trimetrics!

Concussion Management
Our clinic is now an official Complete Concussion Management™ clinic- the first physiotherapy clinic to be certified on the North Shore. As concussions have become the focus for both professional and amateur athletes around the world, we at Trimetrics Physio wanted to be at the forefront of concussion diagnosis, management, and rehabilitation. With our collaboration and education through Complete Concussion Management we now offer the very best in research-proven concussion treatments and rehabilitation. Please note that while the videos posted here largely address the young athletic population, the same principles apply to any individual who has had a concussion with or without a blow to the head.

New Programs at Trimetrics!

Hypermobility: Hypermobility is a disorder of the collagen in the ligaments of human joints. It is a source of chronic pain for those affected with too much mobility in their joints, and frequent recurring injuries that can be slow to heal. Trimetrics Physiotherapy offers a unique and effective tailored treatment program for those struggling with this manageable issue.

Hips and Pelvis workshop - Saturday Oct 24th

Efficient function of the shoulders involves the mobility of the ribs, the clavicles, the scapula and the thoracic spine. This 2.5 hour workshop will take a look at how to open and create space and strengthen these areas, working as part of the whole body. Read more...

If your vehicle is too large for our spaces there is pay parking on the west end of the Spa Utopia lot on the south side of the street. We also respectfully ask that you leave the parkade directly after your treatment or class to make room for incoming clients who need to be on time.
