B.SC (Hons) PsychologyBalanced Body Mat, Reformer, Apparatus and Core Align Training Pilates has been life changing for Sue, after sustaining a hip and arm injury, Sue began a course of treatment at Trimetrics and found that through Physiotherapy and Pilates she was able to regain her active outdoor life style, especially running. So inspired, she left her business partnership of ten years to study Pilates with Balanced Body University.

She is also a member of the Canadian Physiotherapy Association as a physical therapy assistant. She is available for private semi private and group training at Trimetrics effective May 2017.

Sue is passionate about sharing the amazing benefits of Pilates to others. She truly believes that everyone’s Pilates journey is unique. No matter where they start she is excited to help them enjoy their mind and body experience and expand their wellness horizon. Whether it be overcoming setbacks or quietly celebrating new body awareness, achieving increased strength and mobility, Sue is keen to share the benefits of this invaluable movement method.

Originally from the UK, Sue and her husband have raised their family of three teenage-and-almost-grown children on the North Shore of the Lower Mainland. Movement plays a huge part in Sue’s daily life, she enjoys running, hiking, skiing and boating with her family, friends and dog.
