Lily Merovitz-Budning
MScPT
Physiotherapist
Lily completed her Honours degree in Kinesiology at Queen’s University, followed by a Master’s in Rehabilitation Science at McGill University, and a Master of Science in Physical Therapy at the University of Toronto.
Lily takes a collaborative approach to her care, believing the best outcomes come from working together to understand your goals, identifying meaningful and realistic management strategies, and building a plan that fits your life. She aims to combine the use of manual therapy, progressive therapeutic exercise prescription, and education in order to facilitate full participation in meaningful activities, while promoting confidence, resilience, and long-term self-management tools.
She loves working with people of all ages and backgrounds who have a goal in mind – whether that’s returning to sport, building strength, improving function, or simply moving with less pain. Through her clinical experience, she has also developed a special interest in working with runners, cyclists, and foot and lower limb injuries.
Lily moved here from Toronto to be close to the mountains. She loves to bike, hike, ski, and climb. When she’s not playing outside she loves to bake sweet treats and connect with friends and family.
