Luiza David is a certified Pilates Instructor with a rich background in contemporary dance and over 15 years of experience as a set designer in the film industry. Holding a BA in Dance Education and another in Scenography, she discovered Pilates after a hip labrum tear threatened to end her active lifestyle. Refusing surgery, she used movement and clinical Pilates to eliminate her pain, an experience that inspired her to help others move freely and pain-free.
She is a Fletcher Pilates® Certified Teacher and holds a Diploma of Clinical Pilates from Breathe Education – Australia. With 8 years of teaching experience, she blends her deep understanding of movement with a calm, supportive and enthusiastic approach. Outside the studio, she enjoys rock climbing, hiking with her dog, and embracing a slow, nature-connected life.
