Sandra Millward

CNP, Certified Nutrition Practitioner, Orthomolecular Nutritionist, BCRPA Educated Fitness Trainer

Nutritionist

Sandra brings a diverse and dynamic background to her work in wellness, shaped by early professional experiences in London’s high-end restaurant scene, the haute couture industry in Paris, and the film industry in Vancouver. While these roles offered valuable perspective, it was motherhood that ultimately guided her back to her true passion: helping others achieve optimal health and balance.

Raised in Vancouver by health-conscious parents, Sandra developed an early appreciation for nutrition and holistic living. When she started her own family, she deepened that commitment—studying nutrition while raising her children, and eventually dedicating herself fully to formal education in the field.

In 1993, Sandra became a BCRPA-certified fitness trainer and spent several years working in one of Vancouver’s most health-focused communities. She later expanded her expertise in the natural health industry, working as a buyer and assistant team leader at Whole Foods, and as a consultant and broker in the natural foods and supplement sector.

Sandra graduated in 2013 from the Institute of Holistic Nutrition as a Registered Orthomolecular Holistic Nutritionist. Since then, she has supported clients across North America, and Europe offering personalized, evidence-informed guidance. She remains committed to ongoing education and collaborates with a trusted network of healthcare professionals—including experts in physiotherapy, massage, acupuncture, naturopathy, and fitness—to ensure comprehensive care for her clients.

Her passion for performance nutrition has also led her into the world of sport. Sandra has worked with high-performance and Olympic-level athletes, including the Canadian Men’s Field Hockey Team. She supported the team during international competition in Buenos Aires, where they qualified for the 2016 Summer Olympics, and later traveled to South Africa as their nutritionist, chef, and educator. She continues to work with elite and developing athletes, contributing to organizations such as RYU, UBC summer camps, and the Rob Short Coaching Academy.

Sandra’s approach to wellness is grounded in balance, sustainability, and real-life application. Outside of her professional work, she enjoys staying active, spending time outdoors, and connecting with family and friends.

She looks forward to supporting clients on their journey toward better health and vitality.
